Our service commitments
Below you will find all General Conditions regarding our services. Please review them before confirming your trip, and contact our local team if anything needs clarification.
Our prices include
- Ground and water transportation accompanied by a guide in your language: English, Spanish, French, Italian or German.
- Lodging in the hotels mentioned in the tour.
- Assistance in the destination country by Guatemalan Adventure.
- Entrances and fees.
- IVA, the 12% Value Added Tax.
- Internal flights when mentioned in the itinerary.
- All breakfasts and specified meals.
- Travel insurance, Assist Card Classic, covering health, lost documentation and lost luggage.
Our prices do not include
- International flight tickets.
- Visas.
- Airport fares.
- Personal expenses.
- Meals not specified in the itinerary.
Please check your itinerary carefully so you know which services and meals are included in your trip.
Hotels
- Hotel reservations are booked by Guatemalan Adventure.
- The selected hotels are those described in the itinerary.
- If the hotel described is not available, another hotel of the same category will be offered.
Payment
- The tour must be paid in full at least 30 days before the service is provided.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Restrictions may apply.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is:
- Cancellations over 30 days: charges on expenditures.
- Cancellations between 30 and 15 days: 50% refund.
- Cancellations between 0 and 14 days: 0% refund.
- No-show: non-refundable.
There will not be any refund in cases that do not follow the cancellation policy. If Guatemalan Adventure cancels the service, the client will receive the total amount paid for the trip.
Luggage
The quantity and weight of luggage are subject only to the airline's regulations. These must be detailed by the Travel Agency.
