How can I book a tour?
Day tours can be booked up to 24 hours before departure. Tour packages should be booked at least 72 hours before departure and are always subject to availability.
What is included in the tour package?
Breakfasts are included in hotels booked by Guatemalan Adventure. Tikal and Yaxha tours include lunch. One-day tours do not include meals unless stated.
What is the cancellation policy?
More than 30 days before travel, charges depend on expenditures already made. From 29 to 15 days, 50% is refundable. From 14 to 10 days, 25% is refundable. From 9 to 0 days, reservations are non-refundable.
Are there age restrictions?
Children are generally considered ages 3 to 11. For Tikal tours, children are considered ages 3 to 8.
What should I pack?
Bring light cotton clothing, comfortable shoes, a waterproof jacket, swimwear and hiking shoes. For special diets or medical conditions, contact reservations@guatemalanadventure.com.
